We want to automate getting segement predictive metrics (like Total Customer Lifetime Value, Churn Risk Prediction, Average Days Between Orders, Average Order). Right we are manually downloading that data with .csv file.
We asked the support for API, and they said for the moment being it is not posible to get that data with an API.
Do you have some workaround for us so we can automate it?

Currently, Klaviyo does not have an automated way to export segments. For all API-related information on lists and segments, I recommend referencing our Lists & Segments API documentation. Your current method of manually downloading the predictive analytics into a .csv is the only other option available to gather this information at this time.
Generally speaking, it is possible to code an automated script for the API as a potential workaround, however this wouldn’t be something Klaviyo would be able to assist with. if you’d like to pursue this option, or something similar, I recommend getting into contact with a Klaviyo Partner for further assistance. Additionally, if any other community forum members have input it would be great to hear from them as well
