Hi there,

Currently I believe that the revenue in Klaviyo is gross of all taxes.

Some of our products are taxable and some are not, and it’s very difficult to attach a fixed % to it as it really depends on what people are ordering.

I was just wondering if there’s any way that we can see Klaviyo revenue excluding the taxes (net of VAT specifically).

We’re a shopify based company, and in the UK.

Hi @Lestat

Welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing your question with us!

Unfortunately, we cannot cannot isolate revenue specifically to include or not included taxes. However, it could be helpful to navigate to the Analytics tab of your account, you can look into the event data of a given event, such as ordered proudct, and see how it’s broken down. This break down would include sub total, taxes etc and might help you find the information you want!

Sorry we couldn’t give an exact solution to your situation, but thank you for participating in the Community!
