Klaviyo is currently experiencing an AWS incident affecting components of Klaviyo application
Good morning Community!Due to an ongoing AWS incident, we are experiencing a range of degradations in the Klaviyo application. This includes elevated error rates using the Klaviyo app, processing signup form events, and delays in analytics processing. We are continuing to investigate this issue and will provide further updates on our Public Status page. Hey Community! Due to an ongoing AWS incident, we are experiencing a range of degradations in the Klaviyo application.We are experiencing webhook processing delays across integrations that use webhooks including Shopify, BigCommerce, Stripe, and Aftership. Flows triggered by these events may be impacted.Beginning at 12:15 pm US Eastern time, 84% of form analytics are not being captured. You may have noticed that Customer Ed. and Community have been busy expanding the variety of resources we offer to help you own your destiny and grow your business using Klaviyo. From launching an Academy website with strategy-based courses and a brand new product and SMS certification program, to creating this very Community last year, there are now many more ways for you to learn with Klaviyo. But with all these new options, how do you know which is best for you? Product Update: Side Images in Forms
Hi Community, I’m Anthony from the Product Marketing team at Klaviyo, and I’m so excited to share a new feature that will allow you to easily enhance style & personalization in your forms. I present to you...Side Images in Forms! No longer do you need to have a workaround to add a side image in your form – now, all forms can contain side images. Some additional details: Each step of a form can have a different side image, which allows you to further tailor relevant images for each step’s messaging. (Remember, we recently launched Multi-Step Forms!) Side images by default will not show on mobile, so forms retain a smaller width and work better on smaller screens – this can always be adjusted in settings. Adding side images is available in the form builder today. Check it out here! I spent eight years in ecommerce and digital marketing growing a fitness apparel brand called HYLETE. Hey all, I’m Mike! I work on the Product Marketing team at Klaviyo and I’ll be here from time to time giving you awesome updates on the Klaviyo product. Thanks for being a part of the Klaviyo community!Our first update comes in the world of reporting and analytics. Recently, we released a new Custom Analytics feature. Custom Analytics lets you dig into your performance in seconds, without copy-pasting from various sources. This way you can spend less time collecting data and more time analyzing, strategizing, and growing your business!Here’s an example of a Multi-Metric Report that can tell you how your cart conversions compare by gender. You can learn more about the feature on our blog and go run some new reports in your account. Need additional help with reports? Check out our help article for more information on building custom reports.
