Klaviyo Updates to Customer Support Offerings At Klaviyo, we want to ensure our customers are always getting the support they need. Whether it's through interactions with the Klaviyo team, consulting with peers in the Community, or reading Help Center articles, we aim to provide a comprehensive set of resources to help you troubleshoot. Please note that we are making changes to our support model starting on February 1st, 2023 for any customers on a free account plan, that may impact the level of support accessible to you as an existing user. Any new users joining on our free account plans our platform starting on December 1st, 2022 will also be impacted by these changes. What changes are being made? Starting on December 1st, 2022, existing free users will begin a 60 day trial of email support. For any new free users, we are also offering a 60 day trial of email support for those who join our platform after this date. No support changes are being made for any of our paid account plans

Earlier this year we released a new Overview Dashboard while allowing you to use the current analytics dashboard if you weren’t ready to transition. The new dashboard is your one-stop-shop to view all your core Klaviyo metrics. With the new dashboard you can: Customize views to fit your business needs Quickly identify trends with new visualizations Compare your performance to your peers with built-in benchmarks View side-by-side channel performance to identify which channels have the highest conversion The new Overview Dashboard will replace the existing analytics dashboard on December 30, 2022. Starting on December 30, we will be sunsetting the previous analytics dashboard, which means you will no longer have access. Please be sure to set up and customize your new dashboard to continue to view and analyze your performance.Review our Help Center article with more details on how to set up your new dashboard. On December 4, 2022 a bot profile was created within the platform, which posted comments within several threads and user groups. This profile has since been banned and removed from the Community. We are implementing additional procedures and filtering to ensure malicious accounts are blocked from the platform. Hello Community! Klaviyo is currently experiencing two incidents:Delays in Real-Time Segmentation Delays of up to 1.5 hours in real-time segmentation processing. Flows triggered by segments, as well as segment-targeted forms, may also currently be impacted. We are actively working to restore real-time processing Intermittent Issue with App Accessibility Around 2 pm on 11/25/22 we noticed some intermittent outages and timeout within our application. We are currently investigating the issue We’ll continue to provide updates pertaining to both incidents on our Public Status Page. For instance, 99% of US consumers are feeling inflation but 65% say they will spend the same or more on BFCM as they did last year. The report breaks everything down into 13 different demographics so you can properly segment, and looks at various retail sectors as well (fashion versus tech, etc.) to see how different demographics plan to shop in those verticals. Let the celebration begin! This long-awaited feature is finally here! What is Universal Content in Templates: Users will have the ability to edit their saved blocks and sections in the New Editor and have those changes reflected in all templates where that content is used. Why and How Does This Help Me: Right now, whenever customers need to make an update to their footer, header links, or any other content that is reused across their templates, they need to go one by one and update every single template.This is tedious and can take some brands a tremendous amount of time. With Universal Content, customers can now save significant time and effort in creating and updating their email designs across various campaigns, flows, and other templates.
