Timedata Problem. 6 hour time difference

Hi,

we have an Flow for sending out the out Event Data. The Event Data is set in put shop backend and goes via API into klaviyo, as you can see below. “event.ticket_date” is the date + time date. 

In out shop it says 17 Uhr (5pm) and its gonna match in klaviyo as you can see in the preview and the ticket_date 

But then the e-mail is sending out to our customer the time is not 17 its 11 am then. 6 hours different. 

 

Can someone explain this and help us maybe? Our klavyio is set to german time as well.

This is likely because, since this date is a dynamic value, the date shown is reflecting that time in the customer’s time zone.
