Re-purchasing after 365 days

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

How can we do this?
When they’ve purchased before, then they haven’t purchased in one year or more, then they returned to purchasing; so re-purchasing after more than 365 days

Hi @hpatel thanks for your post!

Just to reiterate, you want to create a segment to show customers who have purchased at least once over all time, but have not placed an order in a year or more, and then have placed another order?

I would set it up like this:

What customer has done: Placed Order at least once more than 730 days ago

AND

What customer has done: Placed order zero times between 366-730 days ago

AND What customer has done: Placed an order at least once in the 365 days

You could change that last condition based on how recent you want their most recent order to have been.

I also always find it a good idea to include the parameter: Someone IS able to receive email marketing so you get a clean segment of people you can email.

Hope this helps,

Katherine

Hi @hpatel

Thank you for your post in the Klaviyo Community.

Are you trying to set up a condition for a flow? or create a segment?

If you can please give me a little more context, then I would be happy to help 😊
