Klaviyo generated coupon not showing up

Hello to all,

Why do coupon codes created by Klaviyo via Shopify API show they have been used 0 times?. Cupon was used by 35 buyers but it’s not reflecting that.

  1. This might be due to how the data is being synced between Klaviyo and Shopify.

    Klaviyo integrates with Shopify to share customer events data, including coupon usage. However, there can sometimes be discrepancies if the data isn't syncing correctly or if there are issues with the API integration. Check Klaviyo Integration settings and ensure that the app is properly installed and configured in their Shopify admin.
