Unable to preview email due to tags?

Hello, I keep getting this error message to check my template tags or variables when I try to preview the email. What does this mean? The personalization I added in was directly from Klaviyo and I didnt modify it. Please see screenshot attached

Hey @trishap612 

It means that some of the tags that you have is not in correct format. please watch video in this article and that will help you identify your mistake.

If that still doesn’t help, I would suggest you share some screenshots of your tags and how you have set up your row aliases and I try to investigate this further. Alternately you can connect to Klaviyo’s live chat support or submit a ticket from here

Hi Arpit 

Thanks for your response. I’m not sure where to go to add tags. Please see the screenshot I’m at now. Does anything look incorrect to you? I’m not on a paid account so I can't chat with support. This is always very frustrating as I really could use assistance with several items. I’m unable to send any test emails to myself and nothing is functioning even though I publish the workflows and make them live. Any other way to get support to address all of these issues?

My Other emails were functioning so I just cloned those and edited. I have it resolved. Thank you
