How to switch an account from Archived to Active in the Partner Portal?

Forum|alt.badge.img+4

A few of our accounts got archived that are still active. Can someone advise how to switch an account from archived to active? Thank you in advance!

Hello @kellystymiest,

Thanks for the initial troubleshooting done here @dov.derin.

Since resubmitting your archived customer as a managed account wasn’t successfully I would recommend reaching out directly to partners@klaviyo.com with the relevant account IDs for our team members to investigate further and clear any blockages that may be preventing this connection to your Partners Portal.

Hello @kellystymiest,

Thank you for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community.

Are you able to resubmit your archived customers as managed accounts?

Hi @dov.derin. I am not able to - it comes up with this message:

According to our records, this account is unable to be claimed as managed at the moment.

Please check in your “active” managed account tab to ensure that this client is not already registered as managed by your agency.
