Hello Dear Community of Klaviyo,

may I kindly ask you if some of you came across a similar problem that I have and recently couldn’t publish consent pages? I have been trying to publish it since yesterday, but the same pop-up appears on the screen (please see the attached print-screen).

Perhaps you have some ideas how to resolve this problem? I would very much appreciate any help from you. Thank you.

Best regards,

Anna

Hi STCB,

in my case the problem was in including in the text of the post an active link (such as ‘active’ email address or the address of a website for ex. www.something-something.com). By ‘active link’ I mean a link that can be clicked on to take you to another page or website. When I excluded active links from the text of the post everything got back to normal and I could publish the page.

I hope it will help you to solve the problem. :-)

Cheers,

Anna

Hi Anna!

Thank you so much!  I had the same active link to a support email address.  Once I removed it, I was able to save it.

I appreciate your help and fast response.

Kind Regards,

STCB
