Hello all!

I recently moved away from woo-commerce and now use stripe for checkout. The issue i’m having is I don’t see any end point or trigger for Stripe to tell Klaviyo that there is a cart abandonment or someone has started the checkout process. I can’t be the only one with this issue. Please help!!!

I don’t understand what that means in this context.

The problem here is that Klavio’s Stripe integration doesn’t support Stripe’s `checkout.session.expired` event which is what the Stripe documentation says to use for an abandoned cart.

Hopefully Klavio adds support for this soon, because currently it’s not possible without using an additional 3rd party service to send this stripe webhook to klavio.
