Hi everyone,

I recently created my welcome email series and linked it to a targeted list that already has subscribers. I've scheduled this for 8 AM PST today, but I am not receiving a single email, which I set up. What do you think I should do?

I'm afraid that my target audience isn't getting the emails either. I checked that the flow is active and linked to the right list, but I'm not sure whether there's a delay or issue with the setup.

Hi,
Could you check whether the emails are tied directly to a list or just to a segment. If they’re connected to a segment, that could be causing some delay because segments update dynamically.

Since your list already had subscribers before setting this flow up, you might need to back-populate the series. (Basically that means you'll push all current members into the email flow, so they get their emails right away)

@dberonio22 weired! Double check the trigger, filters and also make sure DOUBLE OPT IN is turned off.
