Hoping someone can help with the following, any help much appreciated.

We sell wall panels and on each product there is 2 Variants, the full panel or a sample.

we are trying to create a flow that when a customer orders a sample they receive an email with the product or products they ordered.

I can’t get my head around what it could be in the conditional split.

So for example if someone ordered a sample of a black marble panel & a white marble panel,

we want them to get an email that is like which one did you prefer so then we can boost the conversions for people who ordered samples or atleast get feedback as we see quite alot of people drop off after samples.

Hi there,

This is something I have covered many times working with clients and I may be able to help with your enquiry. If you hook up your site to Klaviyo you can create a trigger for when someone ordered a certain product. As seen on the screenshot attached you can then set a filter with the Product ID on your site. This means that when someone orders a sample it will trigger them into the flow.

Following this put a time delay on for the lead time of the product. So say it takes 4 days to arrive, put a time delay for 5 or 6 days after they enter the flow. Then you can send them an email trying to convert them .

Hope this has helped with your enquiry. ,
