Why is my Duplicated Flow not Sending the Correct Content?

Hello - Recently, we duplicated a flow and updated the content.  When a customer triggers the flow they are being sent the OLD version of the content.  We cannot figure out what is wrong - we even deleted the old content - and the problem persists!  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could you provide a screen shot of what this particular flow looks like (make sure not to share any private information though, such as your personal email, address, phone numbers etc.)? This may seem like a basic question, but have you checked to ensure that you have activated the correct flow as well? If you have any additional supporting details, please feel free to include it so that our Community members can help identify what may be the cause of the issue.
