Hi there,

One of our campaigns didn’t go to our whole list. In the summary info, exactly 500 recipients were “skipped”. I already opened a ticket with support. But in the meantime, how can I send a clone of that same campaign to those who were skipped? Creating ad hoc lists based on previous email delivery status was a very easy thing to do in Mailchimp, but I have no idea how to do it in Klaviyo. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,
-oo

Hi @Doubleo,

Thank you for sharing this question with our community.

You have the right idea. You can take the following steps to resolve:

Step 1 - Export the skipped profiles from the Campaign Analytics tab (you only need to include the email address field in the export)

Step 2 - Re-Import these profiles to a net-new list

Step 3 - Clone the existing campaign

Step 4 - Re-send the cloned campaign to this net-new list only

Good luck and happy sending :)
