I need to send an email to a specific group of people in my list and include their last order number, but in preview the variables just look like an empty space in the text. what am i doing wrong?

Your tracking number is: {{ event.extra|lookup:'Tracking Number' }}

We're writing to you on regards of your order{{ event.extra.Title }}.

Hi there @ofrika

Happy to help here, thanks for sharing your question with us!

The reason why these variables aren’t bringing in anything in the preview is because of the nature of the message you’ve created. It seems like you’re wanting to make a campaign to update users about their past purchase, however, these variables are supposed to pull in the event data from the customer event that just triggered a flow. So essentially, there isn’t any information being dynamically pulled because no event has taken place for the variable to pull from.

Do you mind sharing what your goal for this campaign is, would love to help you find a workaround if possible!
