Hello,

I know I can suppress a contact so email are not sent by using the exclusions endpoint API.  Is there a way to reverse that action and remove the suppression via an API?:

Hello @John99,

If you haven’t already, I would suggest taking a look at the following Community post that @julie.accardo and I discussed that touched upon this topic:

Essentially, in order for users to have their suppression status removed via API, those contacts will need to resubscribe through a supported 3rd party signup form that leverages Klaviyo’s V2 API endpoint. Overall, there wouldn’t be a method to remove consent initiated from your own calls to remove the suppression status as it would require consent for users to rejoin your marketing list.

I hope this helps clarify some things!

David
