Hi,

My client currently has customer profiles with one email address, but multiple names, making one of them the primary account customer and the other the secondary account customer. Now they would like to separate these by only having one email address associated per customer and want to do this in an embedded form. I was wondering if it was possible to create multiple Klaviyo profiles through adding steps into an embedded form and adding email and name data capture fields?

Hi there @Meg Fellows ,

Thanks for sharing to the Community. This wouldn't be achievable unfortunately, as we would not be able to create separate email profiles from different form inputs. You could create profile properties (Person 1, Person 2, etc) to store the emails on the original profile, but that wouldn’t create emailable profiles in Klaviyo. We have had this feature requested previously so hopefully this will be seen in the future.
