Is it possible to create custom flows in Klaviyo that are triggered by certain collections in shopify?

Depends what do you want to be the trigger.. when people do what to that collection? When they view it? When they buy it?.. there should be some action to trigger a flow.
For example if you want this flow to trigger when people buy from that collection is simple..
Create a flow triggered by placed order metric and in the Trigger Filter section add collection contains and then pick the collection you were talking about before..
