Shopify Product Block dynamic feed - not working?

When I create a dynamic product feed and check the preview of the email to see what products it selected it doesn’t accurately match the most popular products in my Shopify analytics. I have selected the same metrics: last 90 days, most viewed or most ordered, etcetera. Any ideas why this is incorrect?

I just checked the product inside Klaviyo and saw that al my digital products, e.g., ebooks and audio books aren’t published so that’s probably the problem.

When I mouse hover (see below) it says that when a product has 0 inventory it will be not published. But all digital products have 0 inventory … Is there a way around this?

Thanks for reaching out for help with your dynamic product block.

Can you share a screenshot of the actual product feed settings? It is likely due to something within those settings that is adding products that shouldn’t be there. I’ll be on the lookout for your response!
