Yes, you are able to do this, which is addressed in this thread below!

 

However, if you are still experiencing an issue, I would follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • log in and out of your account
  • open via Incognito mode
  • clear your browser cookies and cache

I did the same process

    but I’m still getting the same error

Thanks for adding this additional information!

 

Can you confirm whether or not your State/ Province / Region area is filled in? I've noticed that if some companies don’t have a ‘region’ in their address, they try to leave it blank. However, instead I’d recommend using your city to fill in your region, for example "London" to "London, City of" that should get the system to fully recognize the address.

 

 Additionally, I would also suggest running your address through USPS’s address validation tool to make sure you’re inputting a valid address.
