Good morning,

I am new to Klavyio and am really struggling with all the set up.

I assume I need to create a cookie pop up:  what do I link it to so tracking can take place? Is there a template I can simply brand?

Thanks

Hi @Victoria

Welcome to the Community! I know that starting with Klaviyo can be overwhelming at first, but everyone starts somewhere and that is one of the various reasons why the Community exists. You’re not alone!

In order to get started with Cookie tracking of your profiles, I’d ensure you have .js script enabled on your site to set up your forms that will capture emails for website visitors  who want to become subscribers.

For more on the subject and help getting off your feet in Klaviyo I’d recommend checking out these resources, as well as our Academy courses and live trainings as well!

Thanks for participating in the Community!
