Anchor Link not working.

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hi everyone,

I am currently using Loox for my product reviews and I am struggling to make a email that can request a review.

I was trying to include ANCHOR LINKS for my CTA.

I added the code “<a id="reviews"></a>” at the edit code page and it kept saying it didn’t work. I even tried using chat GPT to convert the code type from HTML to JSON but it still didn’t work.

Another way that I also tried is added a custom liquid at the customize theme in my product page. And added that same code but it still didn’t work.

My shopify theme is Sense version 11.0.0

What should I do?

THANK YOU!

Hi @Ethan W.!

Since the implementation of the anchor tag and corresponding error occur entirely on the Shopify site, and is unrelated to the actual Klaviyo review flow, it would be more effective to ask Shopify support about this issue.

Essentially, you will have to ask them how to implement this HTML tag into the review section of your product page, which may look something like this:

I hope this helps to clarify, and thanks for using the Community!
