Has anyone tapped into customizing the review widgets yet?  For example, utilize the carousel widget, but displaying reviews from one product versus featured?  I’ve moved from Stamped.io and so far am not impressed with the features of Klaviyo reviews.

Hi @rreno!

My apologies for the delay here! You can customize reviews as according to this Help Center article:

However, since this constitutes a custom use case, I’m not able to give specific support as it’s beyond the scope of Support/Community. That said, we do have a great network of Official Partners that you can contact if you’re looking for extra development help!

Best,

Brian

Hi @rreno!

If I understand your use case correctly, it is possible to choose other reviews, and even hand-select reviews in the Carousel widget:

May I ask if you’ve tried/where you got stuck customizing the widget (with screenshots if applicable)? This may help myself and other Community members understand the issue better.

Best,

Brian

Sorry that I cannot provide screenshots because I’ve already deleted my old reviews app.

I understand the available widgets, but am wondering if there is a way through coding to edit them?  They are very limited in scope.  I am looking for the ability to:

  1. have a carousel widget with only 1 product ID.  I display this on a product Sales Page.  Something like: <div id="klaviyo-featured-reviews-carousel" data-id="2009499861065"></div>  This doesn’t work, but shows the idea of selecting a specific product ID.
  2. have a carousel widget of all products.  I display this on the home page.  Always hand-selecting “featured reviews” takes a significant amount of unnecessary time and always needs updated to be sure the featured reviews don’t age.
