Not receiving confirm subscription email due to List bombing prevention

We have been utilizing your server-side subscribe API to facilitate user subscriptions to list. However, it has come to our attention that our server IPs have been blocked, likely due to your list bombing prevention measures. As a result, our clients are currently unable to receive subscription emails.

Please assist me for the same how can i proceed??

Hii @Brian Turcotte ,

No, I haven't created a support ticket yet. I attempted to respond to a previous email thread I had with Klaviyo regarding the same issue, but they instructed me to create a new support ticket. Unfortunately, I don't currently have access to Klaviyo support. I would be extremely grateful if you could create one for me as this matter is urgent. My clients are currently experiencing issues.
