Abandoned Kart Link

Hello,

we have 3 stores shopify connected with Klaviyo.

We are using a flow to send email to abandoned carts, for 2 of them the link back to checkout is not working. For all 3 we are using {{ event.extra.checkout_url}}

Can someone point me on where and how  this value is set ?

I am curious to better understand what is happening when you say the link isn’t working. Are you redirected to the homepage vs. the checkout/cart?
