Hi, I am trying to see if I have a flow in which my api triggers an event. I.e.

“Your product has arrived are you ready for it”

<<Yes» <<No»

Other than having a specific URL which then sets something can I do anything with this in Klayvio?

Hey @ejensen1978,

When clicking a link you should always point people to an endpoint (a page on your site).

Use this option to autoupdate on click: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255248
The alternative to no redirecting to a website is to use any form of AMP email but that wouldn't work in all browsers.

Hope it helps and I hope I understood your question.

Hi @ejensen1978!

I’m not sure if I understand the question, would you mind elaborating a little more? Perhaps with screenshots/code if applicable?

Best,

Brian
