Lost 1/3 of my emails when moving from Flodesk

Aloha, Iʻm having trouble. Last Year I moved my email list from Klaviyo to flodesk because I felt like flodesk was too complicated for my needs. I just decided to move back to klaviyo because it has much more capabilities. Iʻm unsure why iʻm only able to send emails to 1/3 of the emails I had in flodesk. I see profiles, but iʻm not able to make these people in to a list or segment.

Hey @Mikioi! Let’s see if we can figure this out.  

  1. Can you walk me through in more detail what steps you took to export your subscribers from Flodesk and import them back into Klaviyo?
  2. To confirm, all of your subscribers are in Klaviyo, the trouble is you aren’t able to add the profiles to a list, correct?
  3. When you imported your contacts, did you receive any error messages?
