Why am I unable to import Reviews to Klaviyo?

I've attempted importing the reviews through various methods, yet none have been successful. How should the columns be aligned?

I have updated the csv as it is been advised here: 

https://community.klaviyo.com/integrations-and-reviews-39/import-reviews-csv-from-a-different-platform-not-listed-in-klaviyo-reviews-8998


It doesn’t work also.

    @Brian Turcotte We are importing from Air reviews in Shopify.
