Hello! We recently have had a huge change in bounce rate (25%+). We are a subscription based company who sends emails for daily updates.

The new website was released, and then all of the sudden the bounce rate spiked and the primary reason I’m seeing is “553 5.1.8 Domain of sender address does not exist”. Our domain stayed the same, the email it’s coming from is the same, etc.

What am I missing?

Hey @aweisner! Apologies for the delay here. I was checking around internally for you why this might be happening and in theory, nothing should have changed on your domain side to have caused this. However, it’s possible you might have made some DNS changes that could be now broken.

This is something you’ll need to reach out to our Support team for so they can take a peek under the hood and figure out what’s going on.

Thanks! :)
