Why can't I open Received Emails from profile pages anymore?

I remember it used to be possible to view an email a profile had received from the profile page by clicking the 3 “dots” next to the ‘Received email’ event in the event overview. Why has the feature been removed?

Hi @SteffenDK

Thank you for posting your question in the community.

The new profile organization has moved some of the previous functionality around, and in this case, its not as intuitive as it use to be, but you still can view the emails a contact has received.

However, rather than be able to preview the email from the events feed on the right side of the profile, you need to click on the button “View Messages” just above the event feed in the top right corner.

It should default to the list of “sent” messages, but if it doesn’t, you’ll want to toggle the menu to “Sent.”

From there, you can see all of the messages a contact as received, in chronological order, with the icon to open a preview of the email.

I hope this helps!
