Purchased Item Details Not Pulling Into Shipping Flow

We are moving to a new shipping management system called Route and I need to build new post purchase flows that are triggered by Routes events (tracking number generated, item out for delivery, etc.) The address, tracking number, end everything else is populating ok in previews; however, I cannot get the order details to populate.  Would anyone know why this is happening or how it can be fixed?  I attached screenshots of the back end and the preview.  Thank you!

Hey @Raybuck Design, here's what you can do:

  1. Klaviyo-Route Integration: Check setup, data mapping between Klaviyo properties and Route data fields.

  2. Flow & Segmentation: Verify flow triggers the right Route event and segmentation uses data passed from Route.

  3. Data Delay: Add a wait step in your flow to account for potential delay between Route event and data availability in Klaviyo.(10-20 minutes)
