I am hoping to have a pop up trigger on the cart page only for people with a certain item type in their cart but am having trouble with the “category” trigger - I am wondering if I am just not using the exact right name for the tags they are pulling from.

Anyone know how to see a list of “categories” that Klaviyo has for a store so I can choose the right one?

Hi @MZeeb

If you head here: https://www.klaviyo.com/catalog/categories , you’ll see a list of product category names that are being pulled in from Shopify.

It would be helpful if Klaviyo pulled that list into a drop-down on the ‘Show based on product in cart’ config. on the form, but it doesn’t!

Hope that helps

Regards

Andy
