Suspicious SPAM adresses signing up

Hi @Nico01  Are you seeing any checkout activity on any of these profiles? I ask because Google does have a ‘mystery’ shopping crawler that adds products to the basket and initiates a checkout. However it usually declares itself as John Smith somewhere in the gmail. Regards Andy Hi @bluesnapper,No anormal checkout activity. It’s only on the sign-up side thru the pop-up.

Segments have vanished without deleted them

@Nico01 Have you checked under inactive segments? If you don’t use them for awhile, they will go inactive. There’s a button across the top of the lists and segments page.    Starred segments won’t go inactive     Hey Jessica,Yes there were there. I totaly forgot the “inactive segments section” and I was also freaked out 😉.Thanks for your help anyway.

What's the best method to make a VIP flow (segments VS event based) ?

Hi @Nico01  Thank you for posting your question in the community!  First, I love the set up of the VIP tiers and flow. This will be a great sequence of messages to support your most loyal customers. In terms of your question, in my opinion, it all comes down to how many times should a user be able to enter the flow. Segment-based flows only allow users to enter them once, whereas, event-based flows allow users to repeatedly enter the flow.  So, if its likely someone could go from one tier to the next, and back-track in terms of tiers (ie. they didn’t meet the criteria any longer within a time window), then the segment-based approach might not be the best. The other condition would be reporting. If you use an event based trigger, the flow will include a number of filters to exclude people from certain messages. This might inflate your reporting (you’ll see a high number of skips), plus you’ll need to be sure that all of the filters/conditional splits are working correctly. Whereas if y

Split based on purchased product in post purchased flow

Hello @retention,Thanks for the clear answer !If I sum it up :Placed order trigger : 1 mail (the first split that the flow encounters) Ordered product : 2 mails for each product send at the same time after the order.What do you recommend ? Does sending 2 emails at the same is too much even if they’re useful ?Also, will they also receive all the emails that result from these splits ? I think yes, so if I send a review request for product 1 they will also received it for product 4 event if the 2 products are on the same review mail beaucause its based on the “top” Fullfield order trigger.Thanks

Hey @retention,Thanks for your reply.Does Sendric allow you to have a custom countdown base on sending time ?Or is it just a countdown that start when user opens the email.That’s the question I ask myself because if the persone open the email, sees the countdown running but the coupon code is unavailiable it’s pretty deceptive.What I’m looking for is thisMail is sent with the code for a determine time (ie : 2 days) If the person open the email 3 days later the countdown display is 0 days leftDoes Sentric can do that to be accurate for the visitors/clients?ThanksNicolas

How do I make a replenishment flow based on Klaviyo predictive data ?

Thanks for the informations @Brian Turcotte.I have created a repeat flow based on the Expected Date Of Next Order trigger. In the mail I would like to put what the customer order last with the dynamic field like : {{ event.Items.0 }} {{ item.product.title }} {{ item.quantity|floatformat:0 }} {{ item.line_price|floatformat:2 }} €But none of these informations appears. Do you know why?

GIF bar announcement in mail

Canva is a great option or you if you are handy at Premiere Pro - you can create the ‘video’ of the scrolling text and then export it as a GIF in your sequence settings. I’ve also done it in photoshop before as well but it is just a bit more clunkier looking with the scrolling effect.  Thanks for the answer.Can you do scrolling text with Canva? I didn’t find the option in “animation” but maybe i’m not in the right place.

[Abandoned Cart Flow] {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} doesn't work

Hello there,I noticed the same problem on several accounts I managed and I don’t know what to do.When I make an abandoned cart right away and test my profile on preview mode it sometimes works. But sometimes, 2 days later it’s not.I tested it with {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} and {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} but it’s not working…If we see a 404 error after clicking on the recover cart button, it’s what the receiver will also see, am I right?I’m not the only one with this issue right?If someone has a solution for this, it will be greatly appreciated. Ps: I don’t know if it’s related but I noticed that Shopify has not the same amount of abandonned cart has Klaviyo.
