OS not supporting a typeface

Hi @belwalshubham !I don’t believe the workaround you are suggesting here would be possible. Fallback fonts are actually determined by the end user’s device settings, so this happens outside of Klaviyo. If there’s no fallback font available, or if the fallback font isn’t supported by the device being used, then the device will use a default font, like Arial or Times New Roman. Increase sync rate of Magento 2 integration

Embed signup form multiple languages

This is a great use case for a feature that would enable multi-language embedded sign-up forms based on the language selected on site.It seems that another Klaviyo user put in a similar feature request in another thread:While I am not sure if this feature is since supported by Klaviyo, they seemed to have discussed a workaround in this thead:Per this post, I think this would be the answer you are looking for:As stated above, the language in the form fields will be based on the language of the account. To create a custom form that will act how you want, you can utilize our new subscribe API.  This will allow you to code and design your custom signup form however they want via HTML and the form will submit to the new frontend subscribe API.  Hope this helps!-- Ashley Ismailovski

Hi @Mathieu Malige,Welcome to the Community! I think this might be more of a Shopify question than a Klaviyo question, but I will try my best to assist with your inquiry :)It seems like you are already well aware of the product feeds and recommendations available in Klaviyo that can be added to your email templates. When it comes to embedding product recommendations onto your website, this process might occur outside of Klaviyo. For Shopify, I would encourage you to check out their documentation on Customized product recommendations as they provide some great details on how you can embed recommended products dynamically, per-user onto a page on your site. The two feeds (in email vs. on site) may not be integrated together, but will serve the same purpose of suggesting similar products that a customer may be interested in based on their browsing behavior or past purchases. Hope this helps!-- Ashley Ismailovski

Hi @TungKeslyKomen,Welcome to the Klaviyo Community! Depending on what your preferred outcome is, the trouble may lie with your AND connector between filter criteria: When using an AND connector, users who enter your flow have to meet both of the listed criteria in order to move forward. If this is your intention, then congrats! This means that your flow filters are likely working properly, and filtering out users who do not meet both filter definitions. While that may mean that fewer users are pushed through the flow, no changes are needed if this means only those who meet your specific criteria are allowed through. If your intention is to include any users who meets either of the two criteria (not both), then I would recommend using an OR connector between your filters. The correction would look something like this: With this filter, any user who meets either of the listed criteria will be pushed forward through the flow, and will not be skipped. AND connectors are more exclusive, an

Hi @dgrigg,Welcome to the Community! Based on what I am seeing in a previous thread here: In order to track the ID in Google Analytics using UTM parameters, it seems like you may need to update the Profile ID variable here to {{ subscriber_id }} Alternatively, I have also seen this variable referenced in API documentation as {{ profile_id }} So you may also need to try with the {{ _ }} connector instead of the {{ . }}I’d recommend trying each of the above solutions to see if you are able to successfully populate the Profile ID in your test URLs.  Note: It may also be helpful to send yourself a test email to check the URL from your inbox instead of just checking from the Preview mode in Klaviyo. -- Hope this helps!-- Ashley Ismailovski

Integrate survey into the “after purchase” page in Shopify

Hi @OpalStore.de !Because Shopify’s checkout is self-hosted (i.e. not hosted or modified per brand) I am aware of quite a few limitations on what can and can’t be customized on the checkout screen. This survey might be something worth including in a post-purchase transactional email like an order confirmation or shipping email.Or, there are Shopify-approved apps that enables this feature directly on the site, like Fairing’s post-purchase survey for Shopify. And Fairing is also seamlessly integrates with Klaviyo, so you can benefit from getting that survey data carried over to your Profiles in Klaviyo as well :)Hope this helps!-- Ashley Ismailovski

How to limit how many choices a customer can select from a multi checkbox?

Hi @MatthewR !I am with @chelsgrove on this one - I’m not sure there would be many reasons why I would want less data from my customers when I could have more! Aside from the fact that the current selection logic you describe does not exist natively in Klaviyo, you might find that this would give you less to work with in terms of segmentation variables. Allowing users to select multiple categories without limitations is also great for new product discovery and cross-sell opportunities. Hope this helps!-- Ashley Ismailovski

How to Defined Engaged Segment

Hi @SeanMcC !With your current sending frequency, I would recommend building 30, 60, and 90-day engaged segments in Klaviyo. These will capture your most engaged users who are most likely to continue interacting with your brand. For more details on how to create these segments, you can check out this Help Center article, or there is a great tutorial here on the Community for how to do this: You can also, of course, expand these into 180 or 365-day engaged segments if you find those are better suited to your customers’ buying journeys. And adjustments can also be made if you find these segments to be too restrictive on the volume of subscribers that meet the definition of the segments. Hope this helps! I’ll let @chelsgrove chime in here as well with her insights :)--Ashley Ismailovski

@Lucas. Very strange, I have not experienced this myself. Have you tried viewing the campaign in other inbox apps on your mobile device? It would be helpful to know if this is isolated to Apple Mail or if you are experiencing the same glitches in other inboxes. -- Ashley Ismailovski

Opting into marketing emails on back in stock form

Hi @Jessica eCommerce Badassery !I believe that there is an additional step that needs to be taken in order to also collect general marketing consent when a users is requesting to receive Back in Stock notifications. This was discussed in another thread here on the Community:Adding the checkbox for “Add me to your email list” as the Best Answer in the above linked thread suggests would be a convenient way to also collect marketing consent from these users.I haven’t experiences it in practice, but if your Back in Stock flow adds subscribers to your main list, there may be a possibility that they can then receive any List-triggered flows, such as a Welcome Series. But typically, if their consent status is “Not Consented” they will not receive these messages.When in doubt, you could always test this out yourself by signing up for a Back in Stock notification and seeing if you receive additional emails.Hope this helps!-- Ashley Ismailovski

Subscribed Status - Any Pitfalls to be aware of?

Hi @Jessica eCommerce Badassery !This is a great question. I have not personally come across any known issues with the subscription status metrics in Klaviyo. The only thing that comes to mind are errors that can happen when migrating subscribers from another platform into Klaviyo, where subscription statuses may not have been properly carried over. But, these are usually due to human error. I can also see a recent thread here on the Community that discusses some potential pitfalls when syncing data with an ecommerce platform:Other than these special cases, I think you should have no issues relying on the consent status in profiles when performing your regular marketing activities. Hope this helps!-- Ashley Ismailovski

Hi @Paola !In addition to what the other lovely Community members mentioned, I can see by the Klaviyo logo at the bottom of your email that you are likely using the free version of Klaviyo. If you upgrade to a paid Klaviyo account, this logo section is automatically removed, and it may also remove the additional unsubscribe footer section if they are linked to the same logic. Hope this helps! -- Ashley Ismailovski

Check if property is used in segment

Hi @Pkirby ,Welcome to the Community! At the current time, I don’t believe there is a way to search for profile properties at a segment level to see what is in use. I can see how that would be handy in your use case, though!In the future, if you think you may want to perform this type of exercise again, it may be beneficial to add a tag to each of your segments with the name of the profile property being used in the segments you build, because it is possible to filter segments by tags: Again, not a solution for your current scenario, but maybe a good idea for the future if you think you may want to track the use of profile properties in segments.Hope this helps!-- Ashley Ismailovski

Hi @bhumphr6 ,Welcome to the Community! Yes, it would be possible to make a user exit a flow before receiving the next message. It just depends under what criteria you would want to exclude a user from receiving the next message.To accomplish this, you would utilize a conditional split. Like the below:Conditional Splits can be configured based on the following variables:What someone has done (or not done) Properties about someone If someone is in or not in a list Random sampleDepending on your use case, you can configure the appropriate criteria that would qualify or disqualify someone from receiving the next email. Adding the next email under the “Yes” path in the above example will mean that anyone who meets the criteria set in the conditional split will receive the message. And anyone who does not meet the criteria will go down the “No” path and be exited from the flow. Hope this helps!-- Ashley Ismailovski
