Question on "viewed product" "active on site" in the metrics

@Jakub yes, it’s pretty easy to install as long as you have access to Cloudflare or whatever you’re using at that level. Yes, totally include it to be safe. Pricing looks fine to me, especially if you can get the results that they claim. For us, it will be like 15:1 return if it works out. Still early stages of testing here but I’d look into it.

@Moni you can set two different versions, one for desktop and one for mobile. I don’t do this though as some older inboxes (like our hated enemy Outlook) don’t link mobile vs desktop blocks. I usually set the max width of the logo as just under the width of a mobile (350-400px) and then update the padding on the logo to be what you need it to be for mobile (as this won’t affect the desktop version).

@Jakub sure, I’ve done a few of the below.Auto tag profiles for list cleaning based on criteria in a segment Use the list cleaning segment to trigger a webhook to auto suppress profiles The same principle above for GDPR profile data deletion requests Use the tag profiles when clicking a link feature on a category banner in the welcome flow to create “Interested In Categories” profile property which you can use to show/hide different product feeds in later flows Use the same above to create a profile property update when clicking on a CTA that excludes people from a BFCM email sales sequence (so they don’t unsubscribe)I’m sure there are a lot more but that’s what I could remember off the top of my head that I’ve done in the last few months.

How do I get a segment of customers who have spent over a certain amount in the last X days?

@Jorge El Parche segment should look liks this.Assuming you’re using Shopify.Revenue great than $1000 in the last 180 days Excludes products purchased X (subscription products) in the last 180 days Profile is not suppressedThat should do it if I’m understanding correctly. Screenshot of your current attempt may help?

Best practice for Sunset Flow

@Lina depends on how you define an engaged profile vs non-engaged (I know that can be confusing). I define it based on the following.Definition - brand engagement is taking any action that Klaviyo can track in the purchase funnel, including opening or clicking an email.I generally do the following…Treat all “brand engagemed” profiles as engaged (I use OR conditions in the segment). This is usually what I send campaigns to and I use the window that gets me the right engagement stats. Eg. 20-30% opens, 1%+ clicks, bounces below Klaviyo guidance etc. Usually 365 days or over all time after basic list cleaning segments have been removed from your account (bounced >4 times in last 60 days, group emails “office@” etc.) Tread all “total brand disengaged” profiles as non engaged (use the same conditions as the brand engagement segment but use AND conditions to be exclusive) I add conditions to this segment for “has received x emails over all time” and “subscribed to list x days ago” Usually

@pzonglobal David is correct, any Klaviyo form, or any checkout connected to Klaviyo does the job. What can interfere with this is the cookie window in iOS, browsers blocking cookies, incognito mode and a host of other things. You can try something like Blotout Edgetag (which we’re testing at the moment) to identify close to 100% of profiles that take actions on the site.

Browse Abandonment Flow - Better set-up help

@Tonio flow filters are what you want, and then use the “has not been in this flow in the last x days” I usually use 14 or 30 days as the window. Otherwise, you’ll get one email for every product that you browsed (and were tracked against). Using a segment is fine as a filter, or an “email contains” then use your domain name as the filter.

@tanyal sounds like a good plan. I use the fulfilled order trigger and a delay based on the standard shipping timeframe + 2 days. Have you integrated your POS so you can use a different metric for in-store customers?

Abandoned Cart (template) - Filter Question

@double d, yes what Tonio said. It stops loops where someone starts a checkout and then starts another one before they finish the flow. The placed order filter also kicks them out of the flow if they complete the purchase. Both of these would create a negative experience if they were not there.

@Maggie it’s likely the smart sending toggle that’s causing this if everything else is working ok and I’m understanding you correctly. Is this highlighted bit green on your email? If this is the issue, they would have received the welcome series and then got caught in the smart sending filter (usually 16 hours) that stops people from receiving multiple emails in that window. Usually, I turn this off for all flows and keep it on for campaigns. The other option is that Klaviyo doesn’t recognise that the profile is in the United States, sometimes locations are not tracked.

Is there a way to switch between Klaviyo accounts using a specific URL?

@Chris Milham I used to work agency side with ClickUp and Klaviyo. The best way I’ve found to accomplish this is to use Email on Acid preview links to show the current design of the Klaviyo campaign. They may not embedd in ClickUp but you can use a custom field to house the link in the task. Hope that helps!
