Referral integration or strategy recommendations

Hey Brendon, Are you sending referral campaigns to your subscribers? I’d like to understand the RoI on referral campaigns. Not yet. We’ve settled on Smile.io for loyalty, which has the referral portion built in but we are not leveraging yet.

Growth reports by List/Segment

Hey @brendonbrown , Thank you for writing in! As you mentioned, for Lists, you can view the List Growth Report, but for segments this is not currently available. While you can use the Analytics Dashboard to get an overview of all of your Subscriber, the best way to get this information for your Segment would be to use the Lists and Segments Dashboard. You can star any list or a segment in your account. Once you do this, it will appear on your Lists and Segments Dashboard, and will give you a breakdown / snapshot of the weekly growth for that specific list / segment.       Hope this helps! Hey Brendon, is it for an ecommerce store? You could use ReferralCandy, they have an integration with Klaviyo.  There’s other programs that will do it as well, usually classified as Loyalty apps, here’s the list: https://connect.klaviyo.com/integrations Thank you. Bottom line, I’ll have to find a software which handles the loyalty portion, and which tracks through a Klaviyo integration. Thank you.

Shopify Integration

I had “integrated” Klaviyo with my Shopify, and also setup the link between Klaviyo and VITAL.  However, I notice the customer who subcript thru the VITAL, the information doen’t show up in Klaviyo.  Hope someone can help me….   Is this the VITALS app you are using https://apps.shopify.com/vitals?Do Shopify customer profiles show up in Klaviyo? Make sure you used your private key, and not your public key. https://www.notion.so/Klaviyo-77881ceb06a04c6ab2e3ae70b66e619e If all else fails, VITALS brags about their customer service, so maybe run this by them:

Can I add my signup form to a secondary site?

Hi Omar, The form was showing up fine, but because of the automatic nature of Shopify's integration, it was showing up on the wrong site. Turns out I'd missed a setting within the Behaviors tab for "only show on URL". So I've limited the form to the url of my secondary site, and will install the snippet over there, and hopefully that will be enough to reroute the flyover to the correct url. Thanks, Bran   Yes, this is the correct option to choose where forms show on your platform.

How can I add an Opt-In form after each blog post?

Hi Kate,  If you have Klaviyo and the signup forms code (or an integration) on your platform, then you have all you need. Head to Signup Forms, and create an Embed Form.Once you’re done designing the form, copy the Embed Code and paste it at the bottom of your blog post. Klaviyo’s snippet will detect this code and replace it with your Embed Form. Good luck!
