How long will it take to give me toll free number again. I tried first and it was rejected. When I released it was gone and I tried again to fill out the form. But I’m seeing this issue.

How to collect customer existing birthday?

 Hi @Simonne Thanks for your co-operation. But still I don't know to set this up. When I set up a pop-up for this flow. There is custom property that I have to choose but I was unable to choose it.And also I'm confused about this flow how is it work when customers fill up there form when they will they get the message. Hope you get it what I mean to.If you don't mind it would better if you show me how do it (in a video). Post your google drive link here. So that everyone get that's help. Thanks :)

How can I prevent my emails appearing in the promotions folder?

Hi @DBC ,There is no strict rule about this since if google tell us why and how they do this we will all find an easy workaround. The main thing that is known is that if you have $ sign or some words that are widely used for sales in the subject lines combined with low open rate of previous emails gmail will flag them as promotional emails. Other thing is the open rates are closely connected to gmail promotions tab, the lower open rate the bigger the chances it will go to promotional email and the more your emails go to promotional there are less chances they will get opened.My suggestion is try with simple subject lines that don’t talk about sales in any way, and than for a few weeks only send to your highly engaged segment. Rise your open rate to at least 20-25% if possible. With this klaviyo will put you into IP with accounts with higher open rate and also gmail will start seeing your emails as less spammy.Once your ratings get better and you start seeing all your emails in inbox yo

Yes, Klaviyo prevents this person from subscribing again. B’coz Klaviyo has the profile section when they enter in your profile once they will not get the discount code.

@johnphysio You can write down ‘noreplay@yourbrands.com’ in the sender email.There is no noreply in klaviyo.

You can target a sign-up form to only appear to your existing customers. To do this, first you’ll need to create a Segment based on the following condition:     This Segment will populate with all of your existing customers. Then, in your sign-up form to collect Birthday, you can set to display to just this Segment. In the Behaviors tab on the sign-up form, select “Target to visitors in a list or segment” and then choose to show this form to visitors in the Segment you created of existing customers:     Here’s a good guide on how to collect properties from customers.  Once you’ve collected the Birthday property for these profiles, you can set-up a Birthday Flow. Where can I find tracking number in "Preview" of an email for Post Purchase Flow?

Hi @AndriyBoychuk! I am not sure what you mean by how do I and when I add a tracking number to the order - I add it by taking the tracking number from the “preview email” and pasting it to the text section. When? A day after the order I guess. Not sure if I understood what you meant tbh. English is not my first language. :) Update your Shopify integration again!And see what happened next @AndriyBoychuk is right.
