Hi Alex,Thanks for the reply and adding to the feature request. I will push Octane  a little harder to see if the can pass it custom properties as well in there feeds. Thanks for the help Dave

Tagging Flows

Thanks @alex.hong.All the data I get through as custom properties it is just the recommended products that don’t come through. At the moment Octane can’t change this.I was look at alternative ways of adding data to the profiles.It would be great if we could tag based on further down the data nest form any events. This 1 result email of the back of the Octane Quiz is now generating 3.5% of overall site revenue (GA last click not Klaviyo attribution). It would be massive if I could get the recommended products into newsletters or other flow emails. There are other advantages if we could get this to work as well.

Do Warranty Forms work to sync information to Klaviyo?

Hi @Taylor Tarpley, So i have managed to create a Klaviyo form which pulls across list data. Which means the forms work. However if I redo the form the data is overridden rather than appended to. Is there something that i can do to the form so if i fill the form in with new details the data is not over written but rather add to? Dave

Do Warranty Forms work to sync information to Klaviyo?

Thanks Taylor, very helpful. It will be a warranty on a bike. So if i buy a bike for both my children i can’t work out how the form can differentiate from Bike 1 to Bike 2. Similarly if i buy the next bike up the original data needs to stay. The idea is more about capturing external purchases email address but the data needs to be actionable and not change. Can Klaviyo forms generate list rather than custom property = 1 it creates a list of Custom property = 1, 2, (This gets continuously added to?)Dave

How to find a unique coupon code sent by Klaviyo in ShopifyTutorial

Hi Cassy, Am I trying to add a hide show block based on whether a customer has used their unique welcome code yet or not? Currently, we have sign up and get x off your first order. If a prospect doesn’t use this and enters another flow Basket/Browser etc I want to be able to pull their unique code into certain emails in these flows as well.I can’t work out who to pull in the already created unique code into the template and the right syntax to show the block. Many Thanks Dave

Hi Caroline unfortunately it didn’t work. It works with Checkout started trigger just not with add to cart trigger. We have decided to go without it auto applying for now.Dave

Hi Caroline it is a dynamic code but I would be interested to see what the different syntax would be for both dynamic and static for future reference.

Hi Caroline,I have already looked at these and tried every variation possible. What I am trying to is this mysite.com/discount/{% coupon_code 'Basket10' %}&redirect=/{{ event.URL }} of the back of an add to cart triggered flow. To apply the discount and link back to the event.URL back I have tried all of the combinations on that page and somethings not right with what I am doing. Any additional help would be appreciated.My basket abandonment is working perfectly mysite.com/123456789//checkouts/{{ event.extra.token }}?discount={% coupon_code 'Basket10' %}.I have tried this in the add to cart triggered flow but that doesn’t seem to work presumably because the checkout point doesn’t appear in the dynamic content. Many ThanksDave

Targeting blank values for conditional statements / IF ELSE content blocks

I have a similar related question. I have managed to setup product blocks that display Mens clothes, women or kids based on the product in browser abandonment. using “kids” in event.Categories.0 in the ?My question Is there a way of setting up a product block that displays if the product isn’t in the men's, women’s or kids category? ideallly i want one block that goes if not in “men's or women or kids” in event.categories.0 it displays products that aren’t in these categories.Many ThanksDave

Help with building a block with a button

Thanks it is very hacky! I did try that to be fair, the only issue is outlook renders buttons in a different way to the actual the preview so looks even worse in outlook!I think HTML is the only way to go.The whole email is going to have to be run done for mobile which is really annoying! Maybe I can persuade my client changes is good! Thank you
