Hello, great to see that the team has implemented the ability to schedule sign up forms.Any update on scheduling flows? This would really come in handy.

Abandoned Cart Emails Don't Include Price with GST (Tax) (Magento 2)

*Update, I was able to find the price including GST here:Item Price incl. GST However, when I use this string to get the price, it only displays the price of the first item across all the products in the event.“95” - is the string “{{ event.Items.0.Product.Price }}”I’m not sure what to change with the string here

Hey @David To, thanks for your reply mate! To my suprise, I couldn’t find that the Started Checkout event was passing the price incl. tax. Just to confirm, the way I checked was I did a CMD+F/CTRL+F to see if there was the price including tax in the preview section.In this case I was searching for $275 which was not there.Flow Email Preview - Started Checkout Event Ideally it’d be nice if the data came directly from Magento, however since it wasn’t there, I added the variable filter “|multiply:1.1” to manually add the GST which works fine! The variable now reads: Total: ${{ item.RowTotal|multiply:1.1|floatformat:2 }} *One concern I have is that occasionally the rounding isn’t always accurate. Eg. the price of the product here should be incl. $139.00 incl. taxAfter applying the variable filter shown above, it calculates the price as $139.01.Incorrect Rounding After Using Variable Filter to Add GST Would you have any advice for this? Much appreciated. Cheers,Andrew

Thanks @David To! That’s unfortunate! Makes things just that bit more difficult… I’ll have a look at creating a custom feed and hopefully is easy enough and a workable solution. Thanks for you help.Cheers!

Products in Product Block all display price as $0

Hey @David To,Thanks for your response!I’ve had this issue since day the beginning with Klaviyo and have had that connection refreshed a few times. After looking into it again, I believe that it could be a result of the our setup in Magento 2.It looks like the prices for the Simple products poll correctly, however they dont poll from the Configurable products. Example here:The item on the left is a simple product, meaning there’s one variation (one colour, one size).The item on the right is a configurable product, meaning there’s multiple sizes and colours.Simple product vs Configurable product Would there be any way to have the price poll from the simple product?I don’t see any other way to alter the data feed setting unless maybe it’s a custom feed? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Bobi N., thanks for your reply!I made a few changes since I made this post however I was unable to edit/repost so I’ll detail below again to share my thoughts/process. Above you mentioned that ‘Ordered Product Value’ may only target a single product (which is also what I was weary of), however this seams to be ok judging from some of the profiles who’ve entered the flow. Below I also made the change, instead of ‘at least $150’, I did excluding tax ‘136.36’ which also seems to be working - however im not sure if this actually correct and measure excluding tax amount. Could you confirm?Flow | Spend $136.36 (exc. tax) on FXD [brand] to qualify I also updated the segment to reflect the same conditions which now looks like this:Segment | Spend $136.36 (exc. tax) on FXD [brand] to qualifySo far all looks well as I can see new profiles in the segment as well as the flow except for 1 person which I imagine may have been because I activated this flow after they had purchased?
