Pop-up forms are not showing on mobiles.

Hello Everyone, I have been facing some issue related to pop-up. I setup pop up for my site and it’s going well on PC’s but on mobiles it’s not showing up, neither pop-up nor pop-up teaser. what could be the issue? It would be great if anyone would help me. Thank you! Hello @zamamahmed21 Did you check the targeting & Behavior settings? Inside of it, there is an option for which devices to show the pop-up. Choose Desktop and Mobile. (See image.) Note: You should use incognito tab if you want to test it. xx

My Newsletter list does not include everyone who "accepts marketing".

Hello @samffg There could be a reason for this, such as duplicate identifiers or invalid email formatting. You may find information on how to troubleshoot list imports here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005078807-How-To-Troubleshoot-List-ImportsWhen it comes to the Klaviyo list, you can re-upload the profiles. You can find it at this link: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005251128-How-to-Add-Subscribers-to-an-Existing-ListI usually use the Newsletter list for my clients' Klaviyo accounts, and to ensure that all profile sign-ups in our footer are added to this list, I just check the box (Collect email subscribers ) and add to newsletter list.I hope it helps you @samffg Mae

Background color for email columns

I’ve added a new image to a column and when I change the background color the area below the image is not changing. Is this normal or is there a way to show the same color for the whole area? Thanks. I have an existing sign up form and I’m trying to create a list from it, but when I go to create the list I’m forced to create a new sign up form. Can’t I select the existing form?
