Hi @NicolasFromAllBeauty, The first step would be to select a post purchase flow from our flow library or to create one from scratch either utilizing the placed order or fulfilled order as the trigger. You may be safer using the fulfilled order metric since it is possible that even though the customer placed an order, they did not ultimately follow through with the purchase. From there, once the flow has been placed in your flows section, you can use a subscribe page that is linked to your main mailing list. Using a subscribe page or signup form, creates a way for people to enter whatever list you choose. We recommend using a subscribe page as you will then be able to link to it in your emails. Below is a link from our help center that has some information about Subscribe Pages: Understanding List Growth Tools in Klaviyo Hi Paul.I understand and appreciate your help. Now, how can I, from a flow or campaign, send an email that invites you to subscribe to the newsletter. Hi Nicolas, As long as you are collecting birthday using the date block in the signup form builder you should be able to set up your happy birthday flow using the date trigger. If you are not using the date block, you can then consider segmenting these subscribers by birth month and then at the beginning of each month, send a campaign to the subscribers who have birthday’s that month. As for greeting new subscribers, you can set up a welcome series which will trigger off of the list you are using to route those contacts to. Hope this helps! Julie Thanks Julie.Your answer has helped me a lot.Now I am starting the flow I would like to know one more thing. Can I make the 1st email at the beginning of the month of his birthday, then another email the day before and another the same day of his birthday?
Sending to engaged customers is crucial to being a successful email marketer. We recommend breaking up your Klaviyo subscribers into 30-, 60-, and 90-day engagement groups. If you send daily, we recommend using a 30-day engaged criteria (using opened or clicked email). If you plan to send to subscribers weekly or monthly, extend the timeframe for opens and clicks to 60 or 90 days. Monitor your open rates using the engagement report. Hi Julie. Can you advise me on what type of mail can be sent to this type of segmentation. Campaigns or can you make a flow? Thanks
