Instagram feed showing a posted reel as a different size to other posted videos

@alex.hong Hi Alex,I was just following up on the Instagram feed and showing portrait aspect ratio Reels beside square images and videos. Has Klaviyo found a solution to this issue? It would be good if the Instagram feed would only show Reels or only show videos or images to make the Instagram feed look symmetrical on the email template. Regards,Paul Murphy

Segment by product order number

@stephen.trumble Hi Stephen, following on from my last comment. Can we show the Gift Voucher the customer purchase in the email templates that would display the product order number dynamically as confirmation its the same person that purchased the gift voucher. Similar to how the product order # shows in a confirmation email when the product is purchased.  Thanks for your help

Show related products as a cross sell

Hi @alex.hong Thanks for your detailed information. I suspected I needed to set up a specific product feed. From what I can see I will need a product feed that is ‘All Products’ Collections page so Klaviyo can make those recommendations or suggestions from one data feed as I only have options to choose one data feed for each dynamic product block.

How to Recover Deleted Flow

@pocatkjm Hi Jamie, I am curious to know if Klaviyo support was able to restore you Welcome flows. I have a cyber security consultant asking me if this is possible and I am only find your comment regarding this issue.
