Date triggered flows [Pregnancy]

Hi thanks for the reply.What you’ve said makes sense - the only other questions I have thought of in relation to these types of date triggered flows are:Every due date will be different. We ideally want a customer to fall into whichever flow at the correct point. So for example, we might send one email every week from the 1st to the 3rd trimester (total of 40 emails over 40 weeks across 3 trimesters). A customer is three weeks into their first trimester so we want them to get the 3rd email rather than having to wait to fall into the second trimester flow at 13 weeks (they’d miss a lot of content).The only way I can think to do this is with duplicate flows. Flow 1 starts 40 weeks before due date with email 1. Flow 2 starts 39 weeks before due date with email 2. Flow 3 starts 38 weeks before due date with email 3. Etc etc. However this is very complicated!!Another potential problem is, we can’t account for any problems the mother may encounter E.g. loss of baby,premature birth etc. We do

Can we add If else to dynamic table blocks?

Hi thanks for the reply.In this instance, I don’t want anything to show in place if the item in the array turns out to be a sample.So, if I have a customer event setup with 4 items, and items 2 & 3 are samples, I want to show the 1st item, skip the middle two samples and then show the 4th item. (Example below showing - two samples top and single product customer purchased below) Is this possible to leave the if statement blank? Or do you have to specify a value to replace the data with?  The table block is setup as following:Left column - dynamic image - {{ item.product.images.0.src }}Right column - text - {{ item.product.title }}, {{ item.quantity|floatformat:0 }}, {{ item.line_price|floatformat:2 }}With the right column, is it possible to wrap the entire thing in an if statement? Or does it have to be done individually?Thanks.

Don’t get cut off because of Gmail clippingF.A.Q.

Hello. You mentioned above the use of universal blocks, how much “code weight” do universal blocks add to an email? I am currently using them for header/footer in each email, and wondering if this is contributing to our clipping issue. We have followed all of the advice Anna has provided above and emails are still clipping.Also with components such as show/hide, if this is impacting emails, would you say it is better to segment audiences and send emails with specific content, rather than utilize the show/hide functionality?Finally - is there a plan to phase out the old editor? Currently I am more inclined to use that editor as there is less clipping, but conscious that it may not be available forever!Thanks!

Profile Activity feed - Campaigns

No still not getting the icons for campaign analytics/view campaign in the profile feeds (see image) Last time the icons appeared was the very bottom campaign Aug 18th. This person has received/opened the latest campaigns and I’m just not getting any icons.Yes I was aware that a general preview would not show the show/hide blocks without profile data, which is why I was hoping to go into someones profile who had the property to see what they saw. We normally preview the campaigns with user data before sending - but I just like to check in hindsight sometimes for peace of mind.Thanks for the articles/threads!!!

How Do List data types work when adding a custom property in a flow?

Hi - I’ve managed to get it to work!Only caveat is that the client would now like me to try and ensure customers purchasing 1+ products in one order also get tagged. Not sure how to achieve this. At the moment, the first product getting fed through in the placed order event is the one being tagged, and then they’re exiting the flow.

How Do List data types work when adding a custom property in a flow?

Hi Taylor,So I have removed the Create profile property -  Map Purchase equals yes - from the top of the flow. I have left the conditional splits, to drop people in the necessary branches.However, I have now tested it, and it doesn’t appear to be working. I have added in all the possible values for the property to the database. I’ve put in update profile property with Map Purchases = list value. When I make the second purchase it seems to overwrite the value. Example:First purchase my profile shows Map purchases = AbingdonSecond purchase my profile shows Map purchase = Amersham(rather than adding it on so that it looks like Map = Abingdon, Amersham)Is there anything you can think of that might be effecting this?

Default Country drop down list

This would be a super helpful feature to implement.It would also be great if we could have this for states (US) and counties (UK), as I am currently working with a UK client who offers location based products, so I am having to manually add 48 UK counties to a drop down menu for the customer to choose the county in which they live.

Abandoned Cart - Shopify Tags

Thanks so much guys for your response.I will check with the client, as they haven’t specified if the tags are being added to the customer or order on their end. Appreciate all the help!

Abandoned Cart - Shopify Tags

Hi thanks @In the Inbox that is really helpful.I have built the flow and added in the Shopify tag. So far it is working, however I have just thought of another potential problem...Here’s an example:A customer inquires about service/parts. The customer service team create the draft order in Shopify and a “customerservice_order” tag is added. This is passed over to the customers profile in Klaviyo, the abandoned cart flow is triggered but the customer does not receive the email.Then two weeks later the customer goes on the website again to look at a product - they abandon at checkout - we want to send them an abandoned cart email. Would the customerservice_order tag still be on the persons profile? And would it prevent them from receiving all abandoned cart emails, going forward?Thanks!
