Move client to a different list?

Hi JNorm,Yes, that would work in strictly an eCommerce situation? I do that with my eCommerce clients.This particular client is a Chamber of Commerce so all the actions are from either subscribers or manual lists - like Board Members, etc. I would still have to move them manually around when their “status” changes.I guess since I am using Klaviyo for both eCommerce and non-eCommerce clients, I’ll have to do what DOV suggested for the non-eCommerce ones? It worked out fine when I used his suggestion. I just pulled those emails and copied them into “Notes” and then went to the general list to add them back as just a member.I’m very spoiled with having found Klaviyo and just can’t get myself to use a different platform for non-eCommerce clients… :)Thanks for helping!Bernie

Hi DOV,Thanks for that - it worked great!Side note, since we are in the year of 2022 - shame we have to resort to copy/paste names on a list to move people to a different list - just my 3 cents….I kinda prefer it when the “Machine” works for me, not me for it…. :)Thanks for your help though - problem solved!Bernie

Understanding the difference between form fill number & number of users in a segment

Hi DD,Thanks for offering to help explain this!I’ve attached the 3 pics you requested. It is integrated and collecting data with Shopify as well as her website. Both forms are on the Shopify store as well as the website itself. How do I get Custom Properties Data?

Yeah!!!That worked….  when I do only one property request with the “Contains” that does it…..Soooo, I can just create a different segment for each individual movie type and run that. It supplies the names as well as the count so all good!!!!! Then, we know how many and can send emails to any category as we choose = AwesomenessYou are fabulous Joseph!!! Thanks so much…Bernie!

How do I get Custom Properties Data?

Hi Joseph,Thanks so much for getting back to me…..You’re in the right area, but doesn’t seem to be working? I am more interested in the actual # of people that want a particular category - example - 3 Romance, 2 Mystery, 10 Western…. etc. Don’t really care in the data crunching side who? If I want to send a campaign, yes, then that becomes important. However, none of the segmenting is working. I have 2 people that selected various movies. They are in their Profile “Custom Properties”.However, when a run a segment, it comes up nobody? I’ve attached 2 pics to show what I have set up also. The first is the CSV file. Perhaps if I knew how to change that to columns for each, that would solve my problem of knowing the county of each type of movie…The second is a portion of the segment request that comes up blank. Soooo, even if I can convert the CSV to columns, I still can’t segment to the “Western” people or the Comedy ones.Hopefully this makes sense? It just seems rather difficult to find
