Got it!  If you just have email address you should be able to make the following request: curl -X GET \ https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/people/search \ -H 'api-key: 'YOUR_PRIVATE_KEY' \ -d '{"email":"EMAIL_ADDRESS"}' Just as a reminder we have an API limit of 3 calls/second.  Kelsey

Hi there, Thanks for being a member of the Community! You should be able to retrieve a profile’s SMS consent using this endpoint: GET https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/person/{{ PERSON_ID }}As outlined in this documentation.  The endpoint requires the person_id and if the retrieved payload includes “sms_consent”: True they have opted into SMS. You can leverage custom hidden fields in forms and then use those profile properties as conditional branches within your flow.: This will allow you to send customers different emails depending on which form they submitted.  Thanks again for being a member of the Community! Kelsey

New Welcome Series Flow

Hi Cynthia,  Thanks for contributing to the Community!  I recommend completing all the emails for the new flow, and once the emails are ready change the JustUno Integration Settings to point to the new list that is triggering the new flow. Continue to keep the old flow live until all the existing contacts have completed the series and then turn the emails within that flow to draft.  Let me know what you think, and thanks again for being a member of the Community! Kelsey

how to use RSS feed in email

Hi there,  Thanks for contributing to the Community! Is this the article you followed to add the dynamic content? What is the syntax you are using within your template that is not populating correctly? If you are updated the RSS feed with the latest blog post, Klaviyo will automatically detect the newest post and pull it from the top of the feed. You have the option to limit the number of posts you wish to display in your feed with Django Filters:  Thanks again for being a member of the Community! Kelsey

How should i create lists and segments when I have limited contacts?

Hi Sofa,  Thanks for being a member of the Community! What specific list/segment are you trying to create? Once you create an account within Klaviyo we will automatically create 6 default lists and segments as detailed here. If you would like to create additional segments based on other actions or properties your customers have you can follow the instructions outlined here. How Can I Get Notified When Someone Subscribes?

How can I remove a tag to a single contact

Hey there,  Thanks for contributing to the Community! You should be able to delete a custom property from a profile by selecting the red x to the right of the profile name:  This should allow you to keep the profile record itself but remove the specific property.  Thanks again for being apart of the Community! Kelsey

Does Klaviyo Have a Landing Page Builder Once a Customer Submits a Form?

Hi Blair,  Thanks for contributing to the Community! Klaviyo does not have a landing page builder but we do offer the option to custom code a preference page using our hosted pages feature. More information on that tool can be found here. This page is built out entirely in custom html and CSS so I only recommend going this route if you have design and developer knowledge. If not, redirecting the form to your current website is the best option.  Kelsey

Hi @IlluminateLabs,We went ahead and deleted the script tag that included your duplicate company id (.io). It sounds like you disabled the Shopify integration before unchecking the box that automatically injects the javascript to your theme and clicking “Update”. You should be all set with this now!

Hey @IlluminateLabs cancelling the account will not automatically remove the Klaviyo web tracking from your Shopify store. You would have to delete that script on Shopify’s end.  Could you clarify a bit more on what you mean when you say you can’t update the integration because you didn’t finishing onboarding?

If I’m understanding your end goal correctly you can use our segment builder to create a group of profiles who clicked a specific URL within an email:   As for determining the size of an email prior to send, there is no native tool within Klaviyo but you can use this free online tool: http://bytesizematters.com/ Kelsey

Hi @IlluminateLabs, thanks so much for following up on this and going through the steps of unchecking the box for integration settings. Another area I’d recommend checking is to see if you have a duplicate account that would add extra javascript to your theme. If you’ve previously created a duplicate account with a .io email (instead of .org), you would need to log in to uncheck the option to inject javascript within the Shopify app of the duplicate account, and then update the integration. You should also disable that Shopify integration after you’ve completed this step. Hope that's helpful and resolves the issue with your page load times!

Hi there,  If you wanted to exclude the Klaviyo tracking from specific pages on your Shopify site you would uncheck the box within the integration settings, and manually apply the code to the pages where you would like Klaviyo web tracking to run.  That code snippet should work and only apply the Klaviyo web tracking to your blog pages.  Let me know if that helps clarify!  Kelsey

Why Are My Flows Not Sending to Customers?

Hi there, thanks for contributing to the Community! If you don’t mind can you send along a screenshot of what your flow currently looks like? If your flow is triggered by a list or segment by default we will only enroll net new members of the list/segment. We will not retroactively go through and enroll existing members. You can, however, select the option to do that by following the steps here.  I also recommending checking out our Getting Started guide here to walk you through the flow creation process from start to finish.  Thanks so much! Kelsey

Unable to update properties through Identify API

Hi there! With our native integration with Shopify we will automatically add web tracking to your entire site if you check the box within the integration settings page. If you have concerns about the load time of your site you can choose to manually install the snippet for just certain pages on your site. Retrieving list unsubscribers via the lists V2 api

Hi there,  Thanks for reaching out to the Community! The GET https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/{LIST_ID}/exclusions/all end point will show all profiles that have been unsubscribed from a specific list. If the profile was not unsubscribed from the list specified in the GET request we will not pull the profile.  To get a list of all unsubscribed profiles in your account I would create a segment with the following criteria:   And then use the following endpoint to retrieve the profiles on the Unsubscribed list you create: GET https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/{LIST_ID}/members

Can you use event variables on a campaign, not just a flow?

Hey there! Thanks for visiting the Community.  Flows allow us to populate emails with dynamic product information because they are triggered by an event that contains that data in the payload. More information on that here. Because campaigns are not triggered by events, but are rather manually sent, we cannot take the same approach.  That being said, you can leverage our Product Feeds block to populate products in a campaign, and you can order these products depending on overall popularity, recently trending popularity, or by random. More information on that here.  In the use case you describe above you can also use our Personalized Recommendation Engine and select the “Viewed Product” metric to generate recommendations based on the products the recipient has viewed on your store.  Hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your week :)  Kelsey

Why am I receiving a link error for abandoned cart?

Hi Kian,  Thanks for visiting the Community! Looking at the source code of your dynamic product block , it looks like you were omitting a “/” before products in your URL. So previously it was “<a href="{{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.handle }}">” and I added “<a href="{{ organization.url }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}">”.  It seems to now be redirecting properly for me. In the future examining the source code of a text block is always your best bet for those sort of code edits!  Kelsey

Possible to analyze number of ordered products by list?

Hey! Thanks for contributing to the Community. There is not an out of the box way to view this information in Klaviyo but I can propose a workaround. When we create a report in the Analytics dashboard we can group data by profile properties. While we will not automatically tag profiles with a property depending on the list they are in, we could create a flow to do just that. So we could create a flow that enrolls profiles when they are added to a specific list and then tag them with a custom property. We can then use this custom property to group data within the Analytics dashboard.  Let me know what you think, and thanks again for reaching out :)  Kelsey

Why is my Embedded Form Loading Slowly?

Hey @essntlwellness , taking a look at your preference page it looks like there are two different Klaviyo Active on Site scripts: This could be contributing to the slow load time for the form. Removing one of those scripts should fix the issue.  Kelsey
