Hi @joejlam -- thank you for your comment!  While warmup services may sound appealing for those who want to get the their domain warmed up quickly and with minimal effort, it is not something I would recommend using. Based on what we know about these tools is that they provide artificial email engagement to warm up your domain. Eventually, inbox providers start to catch onto these artificial email engagement and your sending domain will start to take a hit -- which may take some time to recover from. I always recommend warming up with the organic engagement you get from your own audience. If you are in a position where you don’t send many campaigns in the beginning, I would recommend that you stick with Klaviyo’s shared sending domain until you are at a point where you can conduct a thorough warm up with your own audience.     @wei.he Love your insight! How to double check product links are working in Browse Abandonment Flow?

Hi Stephen, related question….For the “recommended” product feed at the bottom of the Browse email (where we recommend “other best sellers”), is there a way for that Catalogue Feed to automatically NOT include the product that they viewed? If I have my feed to show most popular product, and they viewed the most popular product, they are getting the main product block of what they viewed, and the first image in the recommended is of the same product. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Browse Abandonment emails while sending Welcome Flow

Hi Lina, I found this post searching for something else, and figured I’d offer my perspective in case it helps. But my two cents from afar...I wouldn’t recommend not sending Campaigns to anyone just because they finished the Welcome Flow. There may be someone who is still opening and clicking on those emails, but for whatever reason just hasn’t decided to purchase yet. A campaign may be exactly what they need to get over the hump, whether it’s a special offer, a time of year, special occasion, product they haven’t seen yet, etc. I wouldn’t remove them from the Browse Abandonment Flow for the same reasons. Instead, I would recommend creating a segment of “unengaged” subscribers and suppress them from each campaign, or suppress them from your lists entirely. You would have to define “unengaged” for your audience based on the quantity and frequency of emails you are sending and how often they interact with those emails over a certain time period. Ex. Has received 15+ emails in last 90 day

Thanks @David To, my overall goal is to have one segment that I can use for List Cleaning/Suppression each month. The custom profile property is created when a profile completes our Sunset Flow without clicking on any of the emails.  With the OR statement, I thought it would capture anyone with the custom property Suppress is TRUE OR anyone who meets all of the conditions connected by the AND’s….Which is what I wanted...a combined list of Unengaged (defined by the all of the connected AND statements), and all of those whose profile has “Suppress is True”.

How do I unsubscribe users at end of flow?

I did all of this and created a segment with an OR statement for “Suppress is True”. But none of the Suppress is True are showing up in this segment. But they all show up when creating the segment with just this profile property. Please see attached screenshot for the discrepancy of 4,000 profiles. Any ideas why this would happen?

Is there an option to Copy and Paste Paths within a Flow?

Thank you Taylor. So if in a Flow, I have a conditional split for anyone who did not receive the email above, or was “skipped”, that creates a new branch. But everything that follows in that branch is the exact same as what is happening in the branch of people who did receive the email or who were not “skipped”. So if I then have three more emails in the Flow, and do the same “resend” idea for each email that wasn’t opened or skipped, all of a sudden I have 30+ emails and splits, but most of it is duplicative content. This would be a gamechanger for me, as clicking in and out of emails in a Flow to copy and past Subject lines and Preview Text is incredible tedious with the current setup. Just additional thoughts to add to the feature request…One follow up to this...is there any way to have someone enter a new Flow upon exiting a prior Flow? So if I have several branches within a Flow that lead to a new series of emails that present a new Collection/Category feed, instead of having to b

Signup Form Best PracticesTutorial

thank you very much @David To! I currently have all forms set to “Don’t Show” to visitors of certain lists as seen in the attached screenshot. However when myself and others on our team browse the site (without being in incognito mode) we are consistently shown the forms, even though we are on the lists excluded.Is Klaviyo referencing users for this targeting filter based on IP address? Or are they cookies and so if someone clears out cookies they would be shown the forms even if they are on the lists? (I routinely clear cache and cookies). Thanks again for all of your help!

Stopping a flow from triggering new people

Per @nikitavaidya response... Both Flows would be live at the same time, but changing the initial delay of the original Flow to 365 days prevents new people who enter the Flow from getting the first email while the same people are entering the New Flow and receiving emails in the new Flow because the delay in that one is much shorter. My question/what I’d like to confirm... is that the people already “waiting” for the first email in the original flow are not affected when changing the first time delay to 365 days. So if they are already waiting under the original time delay, they will still receive the remaining emails in the Flow based off of the original time delay, not the new time delay of 365?Please see attached image for example. Thank you!

@David To thanks so much!  Couple quick follow up questions…Does don’t show to “existing Klaviyo profiles” mean Klaviyo Profiles that have subscribed to our list? Or would this include profiles found in Klaviyo that have not subscribed to our list? I currently have the form set to not to show to visitors that are on our two main lists.  For mobile, if I only wanted the teaser to show, and not have the form appear unless the user clicks on the teaser, is the only way to do this to set the “display  __ seconds after page load” to a very large number like 1000 seconds?

Signup Form Best PracticesTutorial

Hi all, Thanks in advance for any help. I have two questions/issues with Signup Forms. #1 I’m having an issue where the Exit Intent Form will appear over top of the Initial Signup form upon landing. Sometimes it’s because the exit-intent form is triggered prematurely, or seemingly at random on mobile, so the customer sees one signup form on top of another and can easily get frustrated and confused enough to bounce. Is there a way to automatically hide one form when another one appears?  #2 I am using a Teaser on mobile and the teaser is set to “before displaying form”, and the form is set to show 2 seconds after page load. But what is happening is that the form is loading upon page load, and the teaser is only showing up later after I close the form. The teaser is ALSO showing up even if I “X” out of the form, but the setting is to only show “before displaying form”.Any ideas why this is happening or how to fix?

Send transactional emails via Klaviyo and not Shopify

If we build the template for Shopify transactional emails in Klaviyo, then export the html to embed in Shopify notification emails, how do we add/include the automatic feed info. into the email, like products order, order summary, shipping details, etc.?I’d like to make our Shopify notification emails match our style guide in Klaviyo, but need to make sure the necessary information generated by Shopify and Shipping Apps is included in the email I design in Klaviyo. Thanks in advance for any recommendation or links to answers.
