Exit Intent signup form is showing constantly (not following set rules)

Klaviyo support acknowledged that they have other reports of this issue. No update as of yet.  Everyone using Exit Intent should check their site to make sure you are not overloading your customers with sign up forms. Our form was firing on ever page refresh ; we finally had to disable it.

How does your Klaviyo Active on Site Metric compare to Google Analytics Users Metric?

I appreciate the feedback everyone. I fully understand that GA is always going to count more users than Klaviyo for the reasons offered above, I was mainly looking for feedback on the ratio. I just wanted to know if 1:7 was in line with what others were seeing.

Is there a way to trigger cookies without clicking a link in a Klaviyo email?

Hi @Dov Our tracking snippets and email formats have all been validated by both Klaviyo and expert third parties.  My question was mainly to understand if there was another way to trigger a cookie and it sounds like there is not.  I was simply reacting to the fact that our site has decent traffic and yet only a small percentage (14%) of that traffic is being tracked in Klaivyo. That’s when I started researching how Klaviyo tracks users, and I was wondering if there was a way to re-engage those users that have either cleared their cache or not clicked on links within our emails for a period of time.

Abandoned Cart Flow vs Abandoned Checkout Flow Performance Comparison

Quick correction on my ratio.  We are actually seeing Abandoned Checkout outperform Abandon Cart by a factor of 3.5:1 not 2:1.  Also important to mention that the delivery analytics for both flows are nearly identical, in other words, both flows are sending to roughly the same number of users.

hi @chloe.strange thanks for your feedback. I wasn’t really posting a question for support, I am already intimately familiar with the various flows within Klaviyo. I was hoping to get feedback from the community of other Klaviyo users to see how their ratios compare.   Mark
