Hi @alex.hong,Thank you for taking the time to write me back.I do not have any preference pages set up at ‘Subscribe & Preference Pages’ yet. I’m guessing that should be the first step?When I click on the Use Custom Page, I go to another window where things get double confusing for me. Can you please direct me in the right path? Again, the form that I want to link to Klaviyo is at the bottom of this page: www.doko.md/app Thank you in advance.

Can I add the customer's name in subject line of an email?

Hi @Taylor Tarpley, Appreciate you takling the time to reply, but I’m still confused a litte.To start off, the email i want to test is not a template, it’s in a flow. But even when I go templates and select an pre-existing template email, first, there is no place for me to see or edit the subject! and Second, I do not have the same screen that you showed in your reply. Here’s my option, is this because I need to upgrade my account?: When I sent the above email, I get an email in my inbox with a subject promoting that this is a test preview. Thnx for helping,Tarek

Can I add the customer's name in subject line of an email?

Hi @Rain64,    Welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing your question with us!    If by headline you mean subject line of an email, the text you see in your inbox before clicking into an email, then yes! Subject lines do support dynamic tags and basic logic such as If/Then Statements. I would suggest following the correct code @Bobi N.gave  for the First Name tag you want to incorporate as well as his spot-on instructions for how to test to see if it’s working correctly.    Additionally, you can still personalize the email even if you do not have the first name  of the user in your account. You could add a term such as ‘friend’, or whatever best fits your branding, in between the quotation marks after the word ‘ default ’ in the code to insert if there is not first name to call upon and add into the subject line.    Thanks for asking your question in the Community!  -Taylor   Hello Taylor, How do I check the Subject Line of an email if it’s in a flow (not a templete?). The preview

how can i create a trigger flow if someone opens a campaign email?

Hey there @T_Sidany, Thanks for posting your question to the Community. Do you mind sharing your flow + segment setup/definitions so we are better able to see what might be causing the issue? Make sure to omit any personal or private information from your screenshots. Are you looking to set it up for people who have never received/opened a certain email? If that is the case, I would advise that you make use of the 'What someone has done (or not done) > has Opened Email zero times over all time > where Subject equals ______'  filter. This guide provides more context into this as this method will provide you with a clear dropdown list of the available subject lines (see screenshot).  Looking forward to hearing from you! Hey @BelleMinks, welcome to the community! So, you can do this, it will be a 2 step process. Create a segment based on the condition of someone receiving that specific campaign (changed the action to Opened Email) Then create a flow with a Trigger criteria of someone entering that segment.  To keep things clean and organized you may also want to add/update a property when someone enters that flow and exits it so you don’t send them too many emails from other activities (this all depends on what else you have going on). Hope that helps! Hello Manny, I just created a flow following your above advice. The segment I created is for people who received a  specific email that  I sent last night. The segment immediately popultaed and got 2000 people.However, the email was sent last night the flow trigger is set to “When someone joins the Flow”! So basically it will only send to new people who join :/I clicked on the “Back-Populate Flow Recipeints” a couple of times but I still can’t see
