What to set first? A campaign or an automation, while getting started with Klaviyo?

Hi there,I hope you’re doing well.Here's what we usually do for our clients (over a 30-day period) : The first 10 days, only the flows with high engagement are activated (welcome flow, abandoned cart, browse abandonment). Then we start launching campaigns to the most engaged people. And based to the results, we gradually start to increase the size of the segment (be careful not to go too fast!) At the 20th day, we start adding other flows (winback, post-purchase etc..)And at the end of 40 days, we have generally reached a fairly large segment for the newsletters.I hope this was helpful!Feel free to send me a private message to schedule a call if you need help or want to optimize your Klaviyo accountCheers!

Order paid not created

Hi there,I hope you’re doing well.I don't know if this would work, but if you are using stripe, I would advise you to do the Stripe x Klaviyo integration.You'll have data passed to Klaviyo and I think you can use it to send email to customers who pay for the order.Do you use Stripe ?Cheers!

How to grow email list aside from sign-up forms?

Hi Lya, I hope you’re doing well.There are plenty of ways. Why not something like "try to win a $100 coupon code by registering to our NL. Why is my welcome flow is not sending emails?

Zendesk integration is great.Also integrations with loyalty apps. It allows us to display the points of the users, to  display their referral links, it gives us more trigger options etc..

Can Klaviyo Host Vouchers for Me?

How to add a customer tag to a list of contacts

Hi Gaspard, You should create a flow that would be triggered by your list. Pause Email Marketing Subscription

Hi there,Here’s what I would do :  Step 1: Manually Add A "Snooze" Property To Any Profile In KlaviyoPull up any profile in Klaviyo (it can even be yours) and manually add a custom property called "Snooze" and set it equal to "True". Step 2: Create A “Snoozed Subscribers” SegmentIn Klaviyo, create a new segment called "Snoozed Subscribers", which will include anyone who has the Snooze property attached to their profile and set to "True" Step 3: Set Up a "Snooze Flow"Just like this: Step 4: Create an "Exclude From Campaigns" Segment To do this, we create a segment in Klaviyo called "Exclude from Campaigns", which includes everyone we want to supress. And we ensure that we include "Snooze = True" as part of the definition.And finally, you’ll just have to create the footer with the snooze button. Make sure you add a special link to this link that adds the "Snooze" custom property to their profile when they click.I hope this was helpful :)Feel free to send me a private message to schedule

Sendinblue to Klaviyo Migration

Hi Theo,I hope you’re doing well ?I would suggest that in Sendinblue you create the following segments :  - 30 day openers- 30 day unopeners Then, you can export those specific segments, and upload them as two different list in Klaviyo. Setting annual email flows based on specific fixed dates

Hi there,Honestly, I think that’s a great idea and that you should try it.Just make sure that the custom property on the profile is set as “Date” and not Text, Boolean or List. If you want to add it with a CSV file, make sure that you upload it like this : x/x/2022Or I believe the easiest way would be to create a flow to tag people with this property.
